Return Policy

We want you to love every piece you pick out for your little one!

  • Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
  • Approved returns will be issued as store credit only.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items are final sale:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Accessories (bows, hats, socks, etc.)
  • Intimates, swimwear, or seasonal/holiday items

Return Process

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.
  • Returns must be post marked within 14 (fourteen) days of the date you receive your shipment.
  • Returns must be received in original, unused condition with tags ATTACHED and return form included in package.

**If an item has stains, smells of cigarette smoke, perfume, or deodorant, has animal hair, makeup or any appearance of being worn, it will not be accepted as a return and you will be responsible for the reshipping fee.

Shoes must be returned in their original box and placed inside an additional, protective shipping box. Damage to the shoe box makes the shoes ineligible for returns. In this case, the shoes will be shipped back to you and you are subject to the return shipping costs.

Store credit will be issued within 3 to 5  days after we receive your returned item(s) from you. You will be notified via email that store credit has been issued.
ITEMS REJECTED FOR A RETURN WILL REQUIRE A RESHIPPING FEE. IF WE DO NOT RECEIVE THE RESHIPPING FEE IN 7 DAYS, WE WILL DONATE ALL ITEMS TO CHARITY.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED MERCHANDISE


Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received defective or damaged merchandise, you MUST contact us within 3 days of receipt. No exceptions. If we do not receive notification that you have received a damaged item in 3 days, the return will be rejected for any store credit or refund.
